About Keith
Keith Clower was born and grew up in Tampa, FL. Keith has travelled extensively and lived abroad multiple times throughout his life. He attended The University of South Florida before moving to Eindhoven, The Netherlands to attend The Hogeschool Eindhoven where he graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy. Keith is Licensed to practice with the State of Florida and previously owned a private practice in Tampa. Keith also worked in real estate investing by rehabbing 32 properties in the Tampa Bay area. In 2006 Keith founded Blue Water Properties before moving to Costa Rica with the idea of building spec homes. Keith then saw a need for professional property management in the area and took the company in that direction. Over the 10 years the company grew to include real estate, property management, over 40 vacation rentals and tours.  In 2016, Keith left his former company and has now launched Grande Vacation Rentals.
