Our Story
From Dream to Paradise
Grande Vacation Rentals was founded by Keith Clower, who brings over 20 years of experience in property management and real estate in Costa Rica. After founding, growing, and selling the largest independent property management and real estate agency in the area, Keith created GVR as a boutique agency.
Our focus is simple: deliver personalized, high-quality service exclusively for luxury homes in Playa Grande and provide unforgettable experiences for the guests who stay in them.
Keith has built four personal custom homes, recently purchased, developed, and sold 26 lots in a distressed development near Bahía de los Piratas, which helped jump-start the community where he now lives with his two teenage sons and three dogs.
Meet The Founder
Keith Clower
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Keith completed a three-year electrical apprenticeship before changing career paths and earning a master’s degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
His background spans physical therapy, entrepreneurship, construction, and real estate development, giving him a unique perspective on managing teams and delivering the same high-quality service and guest experiences he values when traveling.
He is a single dad to two teenage boys, both born in Costa Rica, and currently lives in his newly built home with his sons and three dogs.
