Perched at the top of the San Pedro neighborhood in the gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande, Casa 77 is a contemporary single-family home completed in 2022, offering ocean views, thoughtful design, and modern comforts throughout.
Guests arrive via a shaded carport and step down onto a sunny upper deck—an ideal spot for sunset cocktails, bird watching, or relaxing by the firepit in the lounge seating. From here, stairs lead down to the pool and outdoor kitchen area, which creates a natural separation between the main living space and the two private guest suites nestled into the surrounding jungle.
The main house is home to the primary suite, along with the social areas of the home. This level features an open-concept kitchen and living room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a comfortable living area with a 65” Smart TV, a convenient laundry room, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The primary bedroom enjoys close access to all shared spaces, making it ideal for couples or those who prefer to be near the heart of the home.
The two additional bedrooms are also on the same level but are accessed by walking outside, each with its own private entrance, ensuite bathroom, and terrace. This layout is perfect for families, friends, or couples traveling together who appreciate extra privacy and a true retreat-like feel while still being just steps from the pool and main house.
In total, Casa 77 offers approximately 2,000 square feet of living space, with all three bedrooms featuring ensuite baths and private outdoor areas—an ideal blend of shared living and personal space in a beautiful tropical setting. Best of all is the fantastic view of Tamarindo bay to the south, as well as a northwestern view of the Catalina Islands. This is one of the few properties in Las Ventanas de Playa Grande that offers this unique perspective.
This home is about one hour from the airport and located in the beautiful, gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. Conveniently located to the beach and all of Playa Grandes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, gym and local brewery, the community is known for having a fantastic location for everything you may want to make a memorable vacation. The beach towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo with its newly constructed Marina are just a short 20-minute drive. Don’t forget to ask our concierge about the secluded beaches of Piratas and Minas, both a short drive and hidden gems of the area.

This home is great for adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to have a party, event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund. ***
As of January 1st 2026, there is construction across the valley from the home. The working hours are M-S, 7a-4p. The work typically starts shutting down at 3p.
