Casa Salvatico Grande is a newly finished home nestled in the heart of the growing community locally known as Playa Grande Estates, located in Playa Grande, Cabo Velas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. This exquisite four-bedroom residence offers unparalleled luxury and comfort. The home is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a tropical escape. Casa Salvatico Grande offers guests luxurious accommodation with a short walk of five-minutes or less until your feet touch the sands of Playa Grande. Restaurants, surf shops and everything else the town offers is also walking distance from this home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Each of the four spacious bedrooms is a private sanctuary, complete with en-suite bathrooms for ultimate convenience and privacy. Every room is tastefully decorated with a blend of modern elegance and local charm using locally sourced hardwoods for furniture, doors, and other details. The bedroom suites ensure our guests a restful retreat after a day of adventure.

Indoor/Outdoor Living at its finest: Guests will find multiple outdoor living spots in Casa Sueños Grande to enjoy. The first stop next to the kitchen is a beautiful garden complete with comfortable seating that surrounds an amazing gas fire pit. Walk past the kitchen and step outside to discover an incredible outdoor oasis. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen and seating area invites guests to cook and dine al fresco while surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Additionally, a serene space for morning meditation, private yoga, or evening stretches under the trees on the path to the beach is waiting for guests to enjoy however they wish.

The Location: Casa Salvatico Grande is positioned on two lots providing space, privacy, and easy access to walk to the beach. As guests arrive, the motorized gate opens directly from the road above. Guests can store one vehicle inside the gate and have space outside the gate for one other. At the bottom of the property guests pass through a gate and follow the road leading to the sands of beautiful Playa Grande, just a short walk away. The road to the beach will take guests past the newly completed RipJack restaurant with volleyball court and bar. Wonderful place to enjoy food, live music, and happy hour specials. Then follow the sandy path and enjoy the pristine sands, clear waters, world renowned surfing, and of course, the Leatherback Turtles. Our concierge is happy to help arrange turtle tours during season and many other fun things to do.

The home is professionally decorated, combining sophistication with comfort. Availability

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it on the actual day of check in for the amount of $500-2500 depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.

I can't say enough about my group's stay at Keith's beautiful home in Playa Grande. The pictures simply do not do the home and location justice. Any issue, though they were few. and far between, was addressed swiftly by Marcelo and team. I highly recommended booking this home! Thank you Keith!

The house was exquisite really beautifully appointed and stunning garden and pool area. Marcello was very kind and helpful and assisted us with groceries car hire and transfers, which was much appreciated.

Beds very comfy and beautiful showers kitchen bathrooms and outdoor space.

There is some construction going on next door and beyond to be aware of as the neighbourhood is being developed.

There are some areas of the house which need improvement - the end of the pool needs a railing as does the stairs to the upstairs bedroom, this may be a concern for younger children.

All in all we had a lovely visit and would definitely recommend this house, the back door path down to the beach is very special. Thanks for being great hosts.

This is a beautiful home in Playa Grande. The pictures don’t even do it justice! Excellent location, quick walk to the beach, and nearby restaurants. Marcello, the manager, was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We got home yesterday and I'm still processing! WOW! It is so very easy to gush over this property. It is even lovelier in person than pictures show! Here are some highlights:

-We were looking for a quiet town, wasn't crawling w/people, had a few walkable restaurants, short walk to an amazing beach, safe property, and off the beaten path. This property was PERFECT. Totally met expectations. I was a little concerned about construction in the area, & it wasn't a problem, although it is on going.
-The house is laid out SO WELL. Every room is quiet, I never heard anyone else in our party from my bedroom.
-The grounds are beautiful! It's a large property with lots of foliage. SO PRETTY.
-The beach is one of the prettiest we found in the area & can easily be walked from the house. It connects to a reserve for tons of exploring.
-Marcelo, was the most helpful concierge! As a service w/the house, he planned all the activities of our trip, & we loved it! He definitely had the hookup!!

We had a great time at our stay the only downfall was that one of the guests fell and got severely injured. There is a steep area right near the lounge area. Be careful because there is nothing to support you in case you accidentally fall. The location was great and the place is beautiful!

The place is just beautiful and we had such a nice time there. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large, kitchen was fully equipped, and we could walk or take a golf cart to the beach. The concierge was so helpful -booked 4 of us massages on the main deck at the same time with only a day’s notice. Swimming in the pool at night listening to the birds was amazing.

This place was INCREDIBLE. Starting off with the staff of the home, who were so kind and helpful around the house. The concierge Marcelo, always available to help with anything you need. Cleaners and maintenance workers also kept the house &grounds nice and clean.

Now for the house itself, WOW. The road the house is on is very bumpy so I would highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle. 4 bedrooms with each a king size bed and its own bathroom. The living room, kitchen, outside pool area were all incredible and used by all 7 of us. It was nice to wake up and swim and wind down and swim.

We cooked majority of the week we were here and we recommend you bring some spices with you to this house or stop by the grocery store before arriving at the house! We bought oil and spices but could be because we were the first ones to stay.

Overall, we hope to come back and hear again! Thank you Keith for sharing your home!
