This home was perfect for our girls’ trip! It felt luxurious and beautifully designed. The kitchen was very well stocked (just bring your own salt, pepper, oil, etc). The beach towels were such a nice touch, and the morning views were stunning.

The house is located in a gated community with security in and out, which does require coordinating deliveries, shuttle pickups, etc with security.

It's a bit removed from the main town areas — about 10 minutes to Playa Grande and 30 minutes to Playa Flamingo — farther from Tamarindo. You definitely need a car to get around, especially with a larger group, but the home was absolutely worth the drive.

Also, we booked a chef for a night and had some confusion around the pricing. The house manager spoke quite rudely to my friend amid the confusion, so I would just be mindful if planning to arrange activities directly.

Overall, it’s a beautiful, private home that works especially well for a group trip if you’re comfortable driving!

Breathtaking home with incredible views! A must stay when you're in the area.

This is a beautiful home, exactly as described and pictured. We stayed with two adult couples and four kids (15,15,12,10) and this home fit our group perfectly. We felt safe day or night in the gated and quiet community. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The indoor spaces had plenty of room without feeling over crowded. But it was the outdoor living space and kitchen where we cooked and ate several meals that won us over.

This house is gorgeous with an amazing pool and views. Everything looks new. Here's the unfortunate part... this house is made to look good and not live in. Trying to figure out how to deal with the smart home features will drive you nuts. The lights switches are a mess. The remote control drapes are a pain. The downstairs rooms are under the pool and are very musty smelling. No ac or ventilation in the lower bathroom means you need yo leave the door open. really loud AC.
it's really a shame because the house and pool are so nice. I wouldn't rent again personally.

The house is stunning, nearly new, with a perfect layout, luxurious furniture, and unobstructed ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Thermador appliances, quality cookware, and a well-stocked pantry. Lutron systems control lights, fans, and shades. Plenty of towels and bedding are provided. The pool and hot tub had a true resort feel, relaxing and beautifully designed. Marcelo, the manager, was responsive and helpful. The high end coffee machine didn’t work, and a requested stovetop espresso maker never arrived. Construction next door caused noise and reduced privacy, specifically when the worker where on the roof with direct view to the pool. The downstairs bathroom was too hot to use, and the first downstairs bedroom smelled humid and moldy. Safes were listed but not available. Still, the house felt very secure with 24/7 gated security. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return, hoping these minor issues are addressed.

Great experience, the concierge welcomed us to the home upon arriving off of the shuttle. Told us what was around to do, helped us arrange almost all travel arrangements. He was very knowledgeable.

It is with great pleasure that we write this review for this lovely home. My family stayed here recently for 8 nights. The home was immaculate, the beds very comfortable and the pool area, stunning. We only stay in high end resorts and the quality of this home fits that category. The view of the ocean was picturesque. In the mornings, my wife and I enjoyed sitting out listening to the sounds of nature around us. The home is at the top of the hill/ housing development so a car or access to a car is necessary. It’s nature so there are bugs / grasshoppers to expect.

Grande Vacations - both Keith and Marcelo were very responsive to our requests during our stay incl arranging for transportation to and from the Airport as well as transportation during our stay.

The town, Playa Grande, had a great vibe. Large beach area, ample space and not crowded (like Tamarindo). There were also several restaurant options within the town.
We would stay here again& def recommend this home!
