This modern getaway has everything you need for comfortable beach living. This new construction features indoor/outdoor spaces to relax and includes 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, plus a pool to cool off in after a long surf session in the world class waves of Playa Grande.
Sit back and relax poolside while taking in the natural beauty of the surrounding wooded landscape, plus guests have access to the Ventanas community ocean-view clubhouse for taking in the tropical sunsets. There is a beautiful infinity edge pool, pool table and foosball at the clubhouse as well. Head up after a day at the beach or excursions to enjoy magnificent views and fun times!
Completed in 2021, Casa 52 is a modern, single-family home with plenty of space and all the modern conveniences you would expect to have during your vacation. The main house offers a fully appointed gourmet kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. The living room seamlessly flows out to an outdoor seating area and pool.
The main house has three well-appointed bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a flat screen TV. The first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest room a beautiful bunk bed made of locally harvested Guanacaste wood complete with two single bunks over a queen. The two guest rooms share a bathroom in the hall.
This home is about one hour from the airport and located in the beautiful, gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. Conveniently located to the beach and all of Playa Grandes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, gym and local brewery, the community is known for having a fantastic location to everything you may want to have a memorable vacation. The beach towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo with its newly constructed Marina, are just a short 20-minute drive. Don鈥檛 forget to ask our concierge about the secluded beaches of Piratas and Minas, both a short drive and hidden gems of the area.
Our guests receive a complimentary concierge service to help plan your stay with us. Take advantage of our local knowledge and experience to make your trip as seamless as possible. We are happy to assist with rental cars, airport transfers, tours/excursions throughout the country, private chef services, in-home spa treatments and anything else you may want or need. Just ask us and we鈥檒l do our best to accommodate your request.
*** Please note that we want all our guest to enjoy their stay at Casa 52. This home is in a private, gated community with full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to have a party, event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund. ***

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it on the actual day of check in for the amount of $500-2500 depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.

La casa es privada y tiene todo lo que ocupas. La atenci贸n de Marcelo no es la mejor pero Keith siempre atento.
Estuvimos poco m谩s de una semana en este hospedaje, el lugar es muy bonito, en un residencial en desarrollo a unos 10 minutos manejando a la playa, muy seguro; la distribuci贸n es muy adecuada, la pasamos muy bien.
En relaci贸n al servicio en el lugar, tuvimos muy mala experiencia con la persona que se nos present贸 en contacto como el concierge, nunca contestaba el tel茅fono, llego tarde a la hora de ingreso, aunque le hicimos saber con mucho tiempo de anticipaci贸n de nuestra llegada.
Sin embargo, este problema lo solventamos con el servicio de Irlania, una persona super amable y que siempre estuve en la mejor disposici贸n de ayudar, r谩pido y eficazmente, ella solvento cualquier cosa que necesitamos.
Muy buena casa, super equipada y c贸moda. A 5 minutos de Playa grande, con un supermercado super completo a 200 metros, cerca de restaurants y bares de playa grande. Todos los ambientes con aire acondicionado y television, las camas super c贸modas. Todos los artefactos de la casa son de primera calidad, lavarropas, secadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, heladera con freezer. Proceso de entrada super simple, el barrio es muy lindo y el club house con la piscina son geniales. Solo tener en cuenta que cerca hay algunas construcciones que generan algo de ruidos, nos quedamos 7 dias y solo molestaron en serio 1 dia. Marcelo respondio en tiempo y forma todas las consultas. Super recomendable y seguro volveremos a disfrutar de esta casa.
Beautiful modern house in a very nice area. Small pool and veranda. A large group of monkeys were hanging in the trees one morning behind the house so we could enjoy watching them from the veranda. Very well equipped modern kitchen. Good AC and fans. Good wi-fi. The club house is very nice with one of a nic pool and stunning view. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong.

Algunos aspectos a mejorar pero la pasamos bien, Marcelo estuvo muy atento a ayudarnos en todas nuestras necesidades.
