Located at the top of the San Pedro neighborhood in beautiful Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. Casa 77 was completed in 2022 and is a contemporary, single-family home with plenty of space and all the modern conveniences you would expect to have during your vacation. You arrive and park in a shaded carport and step down to a sunny deck perfect for sunset gazing, bird watching or working on your tan. Walk down some stairs and you arrive at the pool/bbq area that sits between the main house and 2 private bedrooms set in the jungle. The home has 2000 square feet of living space with 3-bedrooms and 3 1/2 -bathrooms all on one level. Each room boasts a private terrace and en-suite bath. This main area also includes a laundry room, and an open concept kitchen/living room. The main house offers a fully appointed gourmet kitchen, a living room with 65” flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Best of all is the fantastic view of Tamarindo bay to the south, as well as a northwestern view of the Catalina Islands. This is one of the few properties in Las Ventanas de Playa Grande that offers this unique perspective.
This home is about one hour from the airport and located in the beautiful, gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. Conveniently located to the beach and all of Playa Grandes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, gym and local brewery, the community is known for having a fantastic location for everything you may want to make a memorable vacation. The beach towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo with its newly constructed Marina are just a short 20-minute drive. Don’t forget to ask our concierge about the secluded beaches of Piratas and Minas, both a short drive and hidden gems of the area.
Our guests receive a complimentary concierge service to help plan your stay with us. Take advantage of our local knowledge and experience to make your trip as seamless as possible. We are happy to assist with rental cars, airport transfers, tours/excursions throughout the country, private chef services, in-home spa treatments and anything else you may want or need. Just ask us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
*** Please note that we want all our guests to enjoy their stay at Casa 77. This home is in a private, gated community with full-time residents and families. There is an EXTREMELY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to have a party, event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund. ***

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it on the actual day of check in for the amount of $500-2500 depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is stunning! We would definitely come back to the area and this house!
Honestly the house was super clean and beautiful. Looks just like the pictures provided if not better. Amazing view of the mountains and ocean during the day. Host provided us with a 24/7 concierge Marcelo and he was great. Super helpful & responsive. Only thing was there was a lot of bugs inside and out. I know it’s apart of the culture but even inside a lot of little bugs even though we made sure to never leave doors open. Also the neighborhood looks new and still up and coming so the address only leads to the front gate. It was a struggle for all driving / delivery services bc the house is still like 2 km or like a few mins after entering the gate. Lastly, I was under the impression that the rooms were all under the same roof. Only the master is inside with the kitchen and living area. Then across the pool area is a door to another room and bathroom . And then there’s another entry on the other side of building for the third bedroom and bathroom. All and All, AMAZING! Enjoyed stay!

This was the best vacation we have ever had. The house was amazing. Beautiful views, clean. Marcello the concierge was extremely helpful planning excursions. I would definitely recommend Keith’s house!
Keith was a great host, and the place was VERY nice. It was clean and very spacious.
We’re simply disappointed by the concierge. There were beer cans and candy wrappers in the pool but we didn’t notice it upon our arrival. When we texted the concierge the next morning, asking to clean it up and also letting him know that the water pressure in some faussets was very low. He answered us back rapidly saying that the pool was cleaned upon our arrival and saying that we must have had a party the night before. We had to insist on having it cleaned… and that we didn’t have a party… especially with a 20 month-old baby! As for the water pressure, it was never addressed.
We also texted the concierge during our stay to know where to put the garbage bags, since they were full and smelly, and we didn’t want to just leave it outside for the animals. He never replied back.
Keith and Marcelo were the dream team hosts. Everything was perfect and the home is a gem located in the Ventanas mountains overlooking the ocean and bay. You can’t go wrong here. ❤️

We had a great stay at Keith’s place and highly recommend it 🙂 The room setup is perfect for multiple couples or families as it feels like everyone has their own hotel room. The place was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-stocked - with quality towels provided in each ensuite, throw blankets for the living area, kitchen appliances, etc.
Keith was awesome to deal with throughout our stay and we look forward to staying at another one of his properties when we return to Costa Rica.
