Welcome to Casa Canopy. Completed in 2019, this beautiful new home is located on a hillside in the gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. This beautiful home features two bedrooms on the first level, a spacious open concept living room and terrace along with a second floor fully equipped master bedroom that includes a mini kitchen. This modern home is fully equipped with all the amenities including a swimming pool, a two-car garage, laundry room and a detached yoga deck with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Las Ventanas de Playa Grande sits just outside the town of Playa Grande and is located just 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport on all newer paved roads. A two-minute drive to the beach will put you at one of the best surfing waves in Costa Rica. The quaint small town includes several quality restaurants and bars as well as markets and shops. Playa Grande is surrounded by a national park beach and mangrove. There are several other beaches 20 minutes or less from the home.
All guests staying with Grande Vacation Rentals receive a complimentary concierge service to help plan their stay with us. Take advantage of our local knowledge and experience to make your trip as seamless as possible. We are happy to assist with rental cars, airport transfers, tours/excursions throughout the country, private chef services, in-home spa treatments and anything else you may want or need. Just ask us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
*** Please note that we want all our guests to enjoy their stay at Casa Canopy. This home is in a private, gated community with full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a large group to have a party, large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund.***

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it on the actual day of check in for the amount of $500-2500 depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.

La casa es más bonita de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos, la piscina es pequeña pero cumple su función, está ubicada en un residencial muy tranquilo, tuvimos un par de problemas con electrodomésticos pero lo solucionaron rápidamente, en términos generales todo está muy bien, los recomiendo, espero volver pronto
