The residence boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open concept floor plan with a large living space, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a pool, 2 outdoor showers, private parking for 2 cars, and beautiful jungle and sunset views. All set in the peaceful and lush surroundings of Guanacaste’s tropical forest, where you can hear the local birds and monkeys.

Casa Colina was completed in the Spring of 2024. It is in the exclusive gated community of Las Ventana de Playa Grande.
Playa Grande is a quiet coastal community, offering world-famous surfing, stunning sunsets, scenic forest, and a beach that is a nesting site for leatherback sea turtles.
Short 4-minute drive to Playa Grande Beach and a 20-minute drive to Tamarindo or Playa Flamingo. It’s approximately a 1-hour drive from the Liberia International Airport (LIR) and 5-hours from San Jose.
The space:
This tranquil residence was passionately designed to serve as the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in a picturesque tropical setting. The layout of the house is perfect for couples or families with older children due to each of the bedrooms being separated from each other.
The Main door opens to a huge outdoor lobby area, where guests can go directly to their private bedroom suites or make their way to the main house. The vaulted ceilings and floor height windows and sliding glass doors allow for guests to open up the house for immersive indoor/outdoor living.
Social area:
Entering the main house, you'll find a large living area with a jungle view that allows for an open living, kitchen and dining space.
The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, outfitted with high-end appliances and all the essentials. A large peninsula has seating for 4 and the dining table seats 4-6. The living/kitchen area is equipped with a large ceiling fan and A/C unit.
The outdoor terrace/pool area has two comfortable sun loungers and patio chairs to relax and enjoy the quiet after a cooling dip in the pool. There is also a ceiling fan on the patio.
Master Bedroom 1:
King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom w/ shower, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, A/C unit.
Bedroom 2:
King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom w/ shower, ceiling fan, A/C unit (one flight of stairs up).
Bedroom 3:
King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom w/ shower, ceiling fan, A/C (one flight of stairs up).
Bedroom 4:
Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom w/ shower, ceiling fan A/C unit.(located in main house)
Laundry room:
Includes both washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use free of charge.
Additionally, the house offers two outdoor showers for your convenience following your trip to the beach. One at entry to house, second by the pool.

There are numerous grocery stores, restaurants, surf shops, medical clinics and brew pubs all located from 3-minutes to 20-minutes driving time away.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved
