Villa Costa Grande #4 is a luxurious property in a townhouse style community located about two hundred yards to the sands of Playa Grande and a short 2–5-minute walk to Playa Ventanas. Once inside, you will find all the amenities you would expect to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Throughout the unit you will find an abundance of natural light with the many windows and sliding glass doors. Air conditioning is provided in each bedroom, living area,
and kitchen. You will also find ceiling fans located in each bedroom as well as the lanai.
Playa Grande is a perfect destination for surfers and naturalists as well. Playa Grande is located adjacent to Las Baulas National Park, which is known for being home to the giant Leather back Turtle, as well as many other species of turtles and a variety of wildlife.
When staying in Playa Grande you are only 20 minutes to Tamarindo by car, taxi, shuttle, yet in a different world. Peace, tranquility, security – the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, surf trip or a fun filled family vacation. There is also a water taxi that leaves from Palm Beach, which is in the southern area of Grande. Make sure you check the schedules before departure.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it on the actual day of check in for the amount of $500-2500 depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.

I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed staying here! It was private, peaceful, quiet, easy to walk to the airport beautiful location of the beach.
Just down the rd from restaurants and surf shops. It’s walkable, but maybe having a bike or vehicle would be more convenient. You can rent bikes from a couple of places locally! The pool was the perfect touch for our 7 year old!
The neighbors are part time residents and were so lovely to chat with.
If you have an avid surfer maybe have them rent a bike with a surf rack from Frijoles Loco so they can get to the surf break at the beach (if you have family members who wish to hang back).
It was clean, safe, and had everything we needed and then some in the kitchen!
Keith was a great communicator and was helpful.
But Marcelo the concierge, was a true ROCKSTAR! He quickly responded, was super helpful with booking excursions for us, and just overall super pleasant, friendly and very helpful.
I highly recommend staying here!
Great place to stay at Playa Grande. Roomy, ACs in every room, pool just outside your door. One block to the beach and close to restaurants. The concierge was helpful with everything too. If you need a tour, directions, or else, you can ask the concierge. Very helpful to have Marcelo at the end of the line.

What an incredible condo! We loved every minute of our stay. It was clean, comfortable and had all of the necessities. We were able to enjoy cooking meals as a family due to the excellent kitchen. It had all of the utensils and supplies we required! Keith was readily available when we had questions or needs. The pool was dreamy and such a wonderful way to decompress after a day of surfing. This was a dream vacation and we were so blessed to be hosted by Keith.
